Do you find yourself scrambling to remember phone numbers when you need them? Having all the significant phone numbers on your phone can make a huge difference in how quickly you can take care of whatever is at hand. 

Poison Control

If someone has ingested something poisonous, you can call poison control from just about any phone. Remembering this number is crucial to saving a life. 

Animal Control

Animal control is an emergency service that handles situations such as stray animals, animal bites, or other emergencies. There are several different phone numbers for this type of situation, and they will vary depending on your location. In many cases, you can find it by doing a web search to see what types of services are available.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance is available in many different types of situations. One example would be if you need a tow truck or to change your tire on the side of the road, then this number will come in handy. Also, if you have a flat tire, this number can help you out.

Roadside Assistance Number: AAA – This is the most popular type of roadside assistance company in the United States and provides all kinds of services, including flat tire changes, battery jump starts, or a tow truck if needed.

Locksmith

If you lock yourself out of your home or office, you can call a mobile locksmith to let you back inside. The number for this type of service will vary based on location, and there may be multiple numbers available depending on their working hours. 

Utility Company

If there is a power outage, storm damage, or loss of utilities such as water and electricity, call the utility company. For example, if you live in North America, your electric company will have a phone number for all emergencies. In contrast, in other areas of the world, you may need to call a different number for water, gas, or electricity.

Credit Card Hotline

Credit card hotlines are for checking your balance or reporting a lost credit card. If you call the number and it is an answering machine, they will typically have instructions on the information required to process your request.

Car Insurance Claims

Car insurance claims’ number is for demanding compensation from your insurance company if you were in an accident that damaged your vehicle. If someone has just purchased car insurance, then this phone number will also be on their card, or they can call and find it online as well.

Fire Department

When your house is on fire, then you can call two different numbers. One number will allow you to speak directly with the emergency operator, who will dispatch help for whatever situation. In contrast, you can only use another number in case of an electrical or gas leak, but it may take time before they can dispatch anyone.
